Welcome to my counseling and psychotherapy practice.

I am a licensed psychotherapist with expertise in a number of different areas including alcohol and drug related problems, depression and anxiety, cross-cultural issues, trauma, and relationship issues. I work with adults and seniors and provide individual therapy and couples counseling.

I bring to my practice nine years of clinical experience. My approach is highly individualized and grounded in my belief that psychotherapy is most useful when it is tailored to fit each individual based on his or her unique personality, background, strength, and reason for seeking therapy.
